About Us

After 3 years building J.P. Morgan's credit derivatives business,
Robert moved on to Nomura International where he was made head of credit
derivatives with a mandate for rolling out the global business. Robert
subsequently joined Bank of America, where he was appointed global head of
credit derivatives in 1997. At Bank of America he was also mandated to build up
a global credit derivatives franchise.
In response to the growing demand for independent advice on the
credit derivatives industry, Robert set up a consulting practice in 2001.
Drawing on their extensive experience in the sector, he and four others at Reoch
Credit Partners are able to provide a range of advisory, quantitative and
training services to market participants, regulators, lawyers, accountants and
market intermediaries. Robert has
been called as an expert witness in a number of credit derivative-related
disputes.
Robert has addressed conferences and seminars and contributed to numerous publications on credit derivatives for over twelve years. He holds a degree in Chinese Studies and Law from Cambridge University.
